Call log Filter option: Internal versus External

    It would be best if there will be a way to add Call log filter that will allow sorting Internal Calls versus External calls, that way it would be easy for the Admin or user to identify which calls they are checking or listening for Recording

  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature:
    An admin usually needs to check or review call recordings, since there are a lot of calls they are receiving in a day, they would like to check only either Internal or External calls.

  5. Benefit of such feature:
    Ease the access and identifying what type of call they are listening to.

  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 361 DL's
