Call log for main number only available to main extension

We have US account. We are roll off dumpster rental company. It is disappointing that you have to give all extensions the super admin role to see the main number call log. How can you stop employees from deleting customer calls or tampering with settings? A custom role feature is needed where you check on or off all features for a specific role. This would allow us to keep audit our employees and make sure they are not deleting missed calls or tampering with settings or billing. We have 5 extensions. Soon to be 7.  We also need a central text platform where all extensions the same text log.
