How can you stop employees from deleting customer calls or tampering with settings? A custom role feature is needed where you check on or off all features for a specific role. This would allow us to keep audit our employees and make sure they are not deleting missed calls or tampering with settings or billing. We have 5 extensions. Soon to be 7. We also need a central text platform where all extensions the same text log.
