Call log is missing

When I am in my user account I can view my call log just fine, however, when I go into the Admin Portal the call log is now missing when it was there before. I am a super admin on the account and should have this feature.

I have similar problem . I'm having an odd issue with missing call log entries, with some but not all calls I receive or make. This issue occurs with calls I miss, calls I answer or calls I choose to ignore. The log entries for the calls in question are not visible in the call log, no matter which "view by" setting I filter the log with. My log is always set to "all calls". Now here is the interesting thing, the only way I can get the missing entries to display, is to select "delete" from the log menu. Then all entries and their dates and times are visible. If I switch back to "all calls" the entries disappear again. I called in an spoke with a representative about this and they were able to resolve it. I guess being an admin gives you that option, but not options to change call hours so when I was bumped up to super phone admin doesn't give you call log options, so I was moved to a higher admin than that and the option was given to me. Seems to be a permissions flaw in the system there.

Hi Krystene,

There are different Admin levels depending upon the access that is need for that User. It's possible that your specific Admin access didn't have the permissions you were hoping for. Super Admin gives access to everything on the system while a Billing Admin only has access to certain things.
