Call Log: Rejected calls?

Have a US Ring Central account and for the entire day today, one of my extensions kept on going to my custom unanswered message. 

Looked at the logs and they say REJECTED.  What does that mean?

It sort of fixed itself, but I'm not sure why it happened in the first place.

That does sound odd, but we'll need more details to figure it out.  If it happens again, please call us or open a case right away and provide the extension details, times, dates etc.
