Call log - Result field is "Missed" but phones don't even rang!

In our company the call centre has to assure to answer calls with a certain percent of missed rate.
What we do is to download the call log and sort the calls with the criteria we need but we have an issue with the calls that have the "Result" field as "Missed".
The point is that when a call is too short phones do not ring. those calls should have a different "Result" tag like - Disconnected before ring" or something
In particular the feature should
- automatically detect the length of autoresponder/recording message and apply this new status to calls shorter than them
- give the possibility to the user to manually set a limit length that would tag those calls in this way.

Davide, the "missed rate" would not be accurate, because if I call you, for example, and I got busy or for whatever reason had to hang up before you answered (even if the phone didn't have time to ring the device), it will show up in the logs as Missed

So it's not that your agents missed the call, but that I hung up and disconnected 1st.
