We would like to see a tally for the total number of calls when querying the Call Log. The tally should at least indicate the total calls for what was queried, but it would also be very welcome to be able to group totals by other fields, such as extension.

4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature
One of the stats our call center managers use is the total number of calls. Grouping totals by extension would mean we could query the call log to see the total number of calls an extension made for the selected time period

5. Benefit of such feature
Including this feature in the call log itself would mean that the call log would not need to be exported to Excel and manipulated in order to obtain totals information.

As a sidebar: Access database pros can take csv data and create peg tally reports.  Something that you explained would probably be a $300-$500 job.
