Call logging in salesforce must use "call" as title and allow option as to which status to use

The call logging in salesforce when using clicked dial has two significant limitations.

 - In order for salesforce to recognise a task as a call, the subject of the task must be "call".  This is an annoying limitation of salesforce, but it is what it is.  Ringcentral logs calls with a title including the phone number. This means that instead of logging a call, salesforce raises a new task.

 - Secondly, the default task status is "Completed". However, our salesforce integration uses French as its basic language. This means that the  task is not raised as closed ("Terminé"), but remains open.  It would be useful to select the default status for a logged by ringcentral click to dial.
