Call Monitoring: in progress calls

Currently, Call Monitoring is only available when the monitoring extension is logged in and active when the call starts.  If they log in after a call has begun, they are unable to listen to the call in progress.  Since most of those who monitor calls are managers who are in and out meetings, taking their computers with them, and putting them to sleep while transporting them to and from conference rooms, this puts a serious crimp in which calls they are able to monitor.  Please allow call monitoring of in progress calls.
