Call Que messages

Our office uses the call que and because of the limitations of the messaging, all of our desktop applications are signed in to a single extension.  The call que is forwarded to each of our individual phones (physical desktop phone) and are answered accordingly.  However, text messages, voice messages, etc. are only delivered to a single extension.  All users of the call que have a need to access voice messages and text messages sent to our "Main Number", this is the number visible to our customers.  I would like to see the ability for our messages to be delivered to the call que (voice, text and fax) and have the ability for those messages to be delivered to each of the members of the call que.  Currently each of our members logs in as the main extension via their desktop app so they can access these.  The other benefit is that they can see if the message has been read or is still new; this is used to determine if the message is still pending and needs service.  If they had the ability to login as their individual extensions and the messages were shared via the call que to each of their extensions, this would work the same way and allow our command script that is tied into our customer management program (Hawksoft) to execute a command and open the appropriate customer file each time their desktop app rings.  Currently there is no way to do this, I was on the phone with your tech support for almost 2 hours as they tried work arounds but it is not possible.  It would also be nice if the desktop phone associated with the app could somehow be in sync.  Happy to discuss this further with you, just give me a call.
