Why can't call queue extensions and user extensions be the same number? Right now, you have to use the call queue extension to put someone directly into voicemail but you have to use the user extension to transfer a call or to intercom. It does not make any sense that you can't use the same extension for multiple features so that each user only has ONE extension assigned to them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it so that you can use extension numbers in both places. It's challenging to have to remember 2 extensions and what feature you have to use each extension for and on and on.
