Call Queue incoming call notification even while I am on an active call

Call Queue settings

I would like to receive or see a new incoming call coming from the call queue that I belong to even when I am already on an active call thru my RingCentral Mobile App.
This will give us better flexibility on all possible business calls we get because we see incoming call from client even if I am already on an active cal. 

This will give us call queue member heads up on calls that we might need to make after our current call to make sure we do not missed out on all potential client call.

Yes, this is a big problem for us as well.  We have 160 users and 4 handling inbound calls.  So far it's impossible for them to see how many calls are coming in and as a result some get missed.  3 months in we have yet to discover a way to set up a operator position.  Our old system could have as many line buttons lit up as you have on the digital phone.
