Call Queue (Ring Group)/Ignore

I just up my Ringcentral system.  The only issue I am having is when an inbound call comes into a call queue with simultaneous ringing for all users and a user clicks "ignore", that user's phone continues to ring.  RC is new to me, I have worked with 8x8 and when a ring group user clicked ignore, that users phone would stop ringing, but the other ring group members would continue to ring until someone answered the phone or the call rolled to VM.  When I went through my user training, my trainer said RC did not work this way and the phone will always ring to all call queue members until the call is answered or the call transfers to VM.  

This still seems strange to me, so if my trainer was incorrect, please advise, if not, this would be a nice piece of functionality to add.
