3.) Right now call recording beeps are not being saved in the recording. This makes the recording illegal to use in a court in the State of California and about 10 other states in the USA. It would also be illegal to record a call made from a state that only requires single party consent for the recording if the call is made to a state that requires both parties consent. In other words the legal requirement would default to the state with the stricter law.
4.) Without the ability to record the beep as part of the recording the feature is illegal. It is not legal to store the recording without the beep being part of the recording.
5.) Can use the recording in a court of law. And it would be legal to save the recording.
