Call Recording: Include recorded extension in filename even when the main number was called

We have our Customer Service calls recorded. When customers call in to Customer Service they dial the main number and then they dial the extension for the Customer Service call queue. When that call gets recorded it doesn't show the recorded extension number on the filename of the recorded call. It show the extension of the Super Admin on our RingCentral account. I'd like for the filename to show the extension of the Customer Service Rep that is recorded so we can download the recordings and organize them base on which Customer Service Rep was recorded.
