- We are a residential real estate appraisal and consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. We specialize in litigation relating to the valuation of residential real estate; the majority of our work occurs on the national level from coast to coast. We initiated service with RingCentral in July 2015. We have 13 premium users and 12 voicemail-only extensions.
- We heavily rely upon the Call Recording feature. Currently, the only discernable way to retrieve recorded calls is via the My Extension portal under the Messages tab. This has proven inconvenient. What we need is the ability to access and manage our call recordings through both the Desktop and Mobile applications.
- In our business, operational mobility is crucial. So, as on-the-go business frequently occurs, the need will arise to review or forward recordings from previous calls. And though call recordings are accessible via a mobile web browser, it is anything but convenient to access and interact with when pressed for time. Additionally, not all of our users are comfortable with learning two separate interfaces for managing their messages or, at the very least, having to take the extra few steps to open a web browser, input their credentials, and click on the Messages tab.
- The benefits are evident of a more intuitive, streamlined way to manage call recordings.
