When I was listening to a recording, I noticed that it does not capture the hold and dead air. Do we need to change anything in the settings so we can capture those and get the average hold time, not just the average talk time?

Could you expand on your question? For instance, are you referring to the Reporting features we have regarding the average hold/talk time? Or are you referring to something else?
