Have call logs to record conversation start times to the second. (not round to the minute)

We are currently a business in Calgary Canada which requires all of our communication to be recorded and downloadable for compliance issues. Currently there is no way to record and export text messages.

Recording text messages and being able to search and download would be very helpful.

The main enhancement that Ring Central NEEDS to implement ASAP is the call logs to record conversation start times to the second. Currently the system allows you to playback and export calls with the duration displayed, however the start time is rounded to the nearest minute. For every company that has compliance standards, this is not acceptable. 10:30:00 am and 10:30:22 am is very different. That 22 seconds is make or break in a compliance case.

We would really appreciate if you would consider this a high priority as I know that every company following compliance standards is having the same issue. Without this feature you are greatly limiting your customer availability.
