Call recordings: store for 7 years

Call recording duration:  I require to retain my calls for at least 7 years which means each week I spend several hours downloading the calls as i have 20+ users and i will be growing. I would be willing to pay a monthly service fee to cover this need where calls automatically download to an alternate server archive where they could be stored for at least 7 years. Currently I am able to manage this process but what happens when my call center hits 100 users.
