Recorded messages should AUTOMATICALLY be stored in the cloud and accessible via a link

We are transitioning to RC from Join.Me.  With Join.Me we were able to record a screen share session and at the end of the session enter a list of email address to which a LINK would be sent where those people could go to watch the recording.   This was VERY CONVENIENT.

Ring Central apparently stores the files on the local computer so if I wanted to share the recording I would have to email out a VERY LARGE attachment to multiple people.  Not only is this wasteful, its probably not reliable and a stupid way of doing it.   Put the recording in the cloud on a RingCentral server under my account and give me a link that I can send to people to access the recording.   Disk space is cheap and it's reasonable to limit the amount of space and automatically delete older recordings if they are not marked as Do Not Delete.

Zoom already supports cloud recordings. Our company would also appreciate this. Why hasn't this been implemented in the past 3 years since this was requested?
