'Call Result' Outbound KPI in Analytics Portal

Currently, the only KPI's for outbound calls relate to total values (or averages of)



Rather than report on a total value, we need a KPI that reports on Call Result. (Example - only show calls that have been Connected). 

I know I can export call stats to Excel and pivot table the data to get what we're after but unfortunately, my users aren't quite as savy so having it as a selectable KPI would make it far more efficient and effective.

The "Performance Reports" section would be great to be a unified analytics & report generation tool for everything, including quality of service. 
For example, I like to try and find quality of service reports for each of my sites to see if there's something I need to address on our network. Right now, this is limited to location by IP as opposed to location by assigned 'Site.' Our network is setup in a way where many of our physically close by sites are connected via wan and utilize the same outgoing IP so I can't really view those statistics easily.

Any thoughts from the product team to empower the Performance Report section with more filters and KPIs?
