Call screening option to differentiate between internal and extrnal callers

Call screening would be much better if it either worked on only external incoming calls or if it gave the user the option to enable screening on all calls or only external calls.  We don't need co-workers to be screened, just external callers.

We are in US. Service co. w/ 30 users.

I don't understand why internal calls would ever need to be screened. working remotely we need the screening function to be used for all and only external calls.
Having internal user have to announce themselves slows our productivity down.
Please put in a fix for this issue.
