I am at an insurance company in the U.S and we have several department call queues handling inbound/outbound calls. Currently the analytics provides graphs which will show incoming call volume by the hour for each day selected on a graph. It would be nice to get the volume by half hour to allow for better scheduling of breaks and short lunches. Also, as the hourly volume is displayed on a graph, I am not able to down load it to a file. After talking to one of your support team, they indicate the hourly data was not available for download and suggested I take this approach. Manually entering data for four queues is cumbersome to day the least. Being able to download into an excel file would streamline this process.
