Call log should show company when no contact name is listed

Right now, even when a contact has been created, if there is no name in the fields for first and last, the contact doesn't show up in the log as a contact. I have a great deal of contacts that are just businesses (not a particular person), and it would help my records greatly if the name of the company would appear in the logs.

I can kludge this by putting the company name in the person-name-fields, but a more elegant solution is available.

I agree. Also, if the number calling is the business number, then the Business Name should appear, not the individual. We have multiple individuals in the same company, but when someone calls in from their office, an individual's name shows up on the call controller and in the activity log, even though multiple people share that number. It should only show the Business name if it is the business number. Otherwise people might answer "Hi Joe" when really it is Anne calling in.
