I'm looking to contract out a keyword level call tracking system in my website. However, currently I do not know exactly how many minutes I'm using on average our how many calls are coming in at one time. is there a way for my to know that info from RingCentral? Also can Ringcentral provide such service?

Hi Andres - I recommend downloading your account activity from the Activity Log tab in the RingCentral web interface. Download the file as an .xls, and you can then use Excel or a similar spreadsheet program to sum up the values in the "Length" column.
