Callback Notification of Voicemail for Urgent Inboxes

We are just moving to RingCentral from FreedomVoice. One feature they offered that I’m not seeing is what they called a Callback Notification. We had an emergency voicemail extension, when a client left a voicemail on that line, the system called a phone number we specified (our on call veterinarian) and persistently called every 5 minutes until the voicemail was read and deleted from the inbox. This allowed the person on call to set their phone on Do Not Disturb with their FreedomVoice number as a favorite that could ring through and effectively provide an emergency paging option. The only close thing I can see with RingCentral is to set up a persistent notification on the iPhone with a distinct ring, make it a favorite so it will alert, or do something similar with an email notification. Would love to hear if there is something in place for a call notification.  We work in the mountains with intermittent service while driving, so some times the SMS notification will come through and other times the phone call notification will come through so we can get to some decent service to check the emergency inbox.

Hello Justin,

Were you able to figure this out? We have the same thing with our Avaya system. But I want to make sure we can do the same in Ring Central before I move us over.
