Called Number ID is not showing on the desktop application

I need to be able to see the number that has been called on my app when a call comes through. 
Settings on the incoming call information has been selected as the option. I have worked with support and we have not gotten anywhere with this.

OK and can you be more specific about what you would like/expect to see?  Do you have multiple DID numbers tied to your extension?  Or you are a member of call groups?  I am a member of multiple call groups and can identify in my desktop app which group was called by name.

I have multiple companies that have phone numbers pointed to my extension. I need to see only the number they dialed to know how to answer the call. We had the number set as a call group, and I was able to see it then, however we couldn't have an auto attendant for the call group which made us switch how that number operated.

I see.  I will play around and see if I can come up with anything, but off the top of my head you might try forwarding the numbers to virtual extensions that in turn forward to you.  This might show the needed info and have the added benefit of allowing you to have separate voicemail boxes for each company/number if you don't answer.
