I need to be able to see the number that has been called on my app when a call comes through. Settings on the incoming call information has been selected as the option. I have worked with support and we have not gotten anywhere with this.
OK and can you be more specific about what you would like/expect to see? Do you have multiple DID numbers tied to your extension? Or you are a member of call groups? I am a member of multiple call groups and can identify in my desktop app which group was called by name.
I have multiple companies that have phone numbers pointed to my extension. I need to see only the number they dialed to know how to answer the call. We had the number set as a call group, and I was able to see it then, however we couldn't have an auto attendant for the call group which made us switch how that number operated.
