Has any one noticed a change in incoming caller ID in the last couple days? I have users that have noticed that the caller ID is not showing up for numbers that have previously called in with a name. They are now only seeing the number.

2018-11-16 Hi Lee we had several incoming helpdesk tickets about this same issue yesterday. We assumed it had something to do with the large scale outage RingCentral had int he USA (Incident Notification- 22069 - Final)  --- but now that you are reporting the condition as having a longer time scope - maybe this is something to do with the Service Web Portal update that hit systems in our RC POD#13 beginning yesterday?     Saadet or Michael - could you check with your back end teams about this?

Thanks Cecile, I just got off the phone with Support they are getting some call samples. I can see in the call logs that the IDs were coming through yesterday just not today.

Hey Lee and Cecile,

Tier 3 just got back to me. It's a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming release which I believe should finish at the end of December (since they're pushed by PODs).

Include/mention JIRA RLZ-31188 in your case!
