Is there a way to dial out as a Call Queue Group number? It appears the only numbers you can choose to dial out are Direct and Company numbers. If a User was a member of a Group, we'd like the ability to then call out as that number as well.

You can set the call group number for any group you're a member of as your caller ID.  

Additionally, you can set the "Additional Desktop App" caller ID to the call group number.  Then, if you choose "Default caller ID set on extension" in your softphone, that will give you the caller ID of your group.
