Caller ID - Call Log View On Desktop Application (Update Needed)

The view on the online account admin access for call logs should be reflected on the desktop application.

Currently when calls are placed using virtual calling (card) the number that is reflected on the caller ID is the number that you are calling from versus the number that is being called.

The number that is being called should be show on the caller ID - not the number you are dialing from.

The old desktop app functioned this way - what happened?

When something is working well why change it and make it worse?

Can someone please do something about this?

It says that they are over 2,700 complaints about this issue.

Come on RingCentral (Tech Support/Engineers), I know that you can work this out.
