Hi, I am trying to find out if there is a way for the Caller ID on incoming calls to identify if it is a direct call to the line or incoming from a groups call queue. Our phone type is a Polycom VVX300
The best way to do this is to go into your Call Handling settings online > Incoming Call Info > select Called Number. You will be able to see the number they dialed (your number or other). However, you will lose the ability to see their Caller ID.
