Caller ID displayed on calls forwarded from a Ring Central line

Our company has a ring central line. If that line is called and nobody answers it right away the call will be forwarded sequentially through a few different numbers (including non-Ring Central and Ring Central numbers). When the call is forwarded the number that is displayed on the recipient’s phone is the original number of the person that called the Ring Central line. Is it possible to set it up so that when the call gets forwarded the number that is displayed is the number of the Ring Central line?

Yes but it can't be programmed by condition but rather by the ext built to cf off site.

It's under incoming call programming in the call handling section for the extension.

Dave,

It certainly is possible. For extensions on that line select the "Call Handling & Forwarding" tab. Once there, select the "Incoming Call Information" tab. The first selection there is "Incoming number displayed to me:" Click on the second radio button "Called Number".

That will display your RingCentral that was called by your customers.
