i have a customer who has multiple offices under their RC account. I have advanced call rules set to send the 2nd,3rd,4th office main numbers to a certain extension. The users in the extension are set to send out that offices number as caller ID. They are saying that there is no caller ID name being displayed. Doesn't the company info tab apply to all numbers that make outbound calls? if not, how do I get caller ID to be displayed if I test and it is indeed not displaying correctly.
