Instead of my toll free number, I want to be able to have a local number automatically show up on the caller id when my agents are calling from ringcentral . How can I add this feature

That already is a feature, under the caller ID section

This feature doesn't seem to be working properly. I have all my numbers set to an available local number, however, the 800 number is still showing up as the caller ID. This explains why I keep getting sent to voicemail or just completely avoided altogether. Is there something else that needs to be in place to actually have the local area code number show up?

It seems like we would have to be done for each call? We had a system where we loaded all of our numbers in and the system automatically loaded the local call.....is this possble?

You would generally set it once, and not have to change it. Unless your users want to give the appearance that they are calling from different locations, then you may have to frequently change it. Otherwise you just set it once.

I think the cool thing would be for someone in say, 212 area code, to dial out to 414, 312, 808, 407 and other area codes and instead of having 212 show up that it would dynamically change for each call to the other area codes.

Can that be done?

No, Sorry. It's not possible to do that.
