Mobile App: Lock outgoing Caller ID to direct number only.

We have multiple company numbers but do not want all users to have access to them through the mobile app.  Is there a way to change the permission for certain users so that they cannot change the outbound caller ID on their mobile app?  It should be locked to their direct number only.

if you log in as an admin and go to users and find the templates tab you can create a template and not allow access to outbound caller ID, now i dont know what secondary effect it would have, but at least you know it can happen if you choose to give it a shot.

Thanks for the reply. I tried creating a permissions role and removing the outbound caller id option but this only applies to the desktop app and the mobile app still allows the outbound caller ID to change.

For a user template, it only allows outbound caller ID to override the user's with numbers in the company but the direct number is not an option.

+1 for this request. It seems pretty dicey that any user can just choose whatever number they want, even though I as an admin have assigned them the number I want them to have.
