Caller ID on app

A few weeks ago when I would receive calls that were forwarded to my cell, the ring was different and the caller ID said I cannot tell if it is my business (RIngCentral) calling or my personal numbers!! :(:(  Please please add those features back...its chaos and too messy without it.

If you are using the iPhone app, which it sounds like you are since Android never did this, make certain that you have Integrated Calling turned on in the mobile app. Nothing was taken's still there.

I also have the same problem as Frankie, and I just checked my Integrated Calling. It has been on this whole time and my problem still persists. I use the iPhone app.

I don't know what to say. I get separate ring tones and when an incoming call is a RingCentral call it does say, "RingCentral" within the Caller ID. I switched from Android to iPhone in February and I was quite happy that this functionality was there in the iPhone. I don't know if you've tried it yet, but whenever something used to work and now doesn't I always recommend a reboot of the device first and secondly an uninstall then reinstall of the application. Those might help.
