A few months ago on my car display, the ringcentral incomming calls show unknown on my car's display.  It had been showing the caller ID.  The iphone shows the correct caller ID.  This is happening to other cars also,  Is there a fix for this?

Hello Matthew,

What version of the mobile app are you on?

What version of iOS are you on?

Does this happen with all calls or just some?

Hi Matthew

Can you help answer the questions below to help us further investigate this issue?
  • When it happened, was the CallerID shown on iPhone's incoming call screen and the app's call log list?
  • Did it happen for native iPhone calls?
If it also happens for native iPhone calls, it might be a compatibility problem between the new iOS version and the car Bluetooth.

Thanks.
