Caller ID on Mobile Devices

We are a martial arts school based in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada. Currently have 4 people using the RingCentral mobile app for all business calls and texts. 

It would be great to have CALLER ID When receiving a business call to our cell phone. Presently, we only see the number, with the added “777” at the end to indicate that it’s from RC. 

Ideally, we’d see the caller’s name (if already entered as a contact), as well as “from RingCentral”. We could then know it's a business call, and greet the caller appropriately by name, which is huge.

This used to be the case before, any idea if this feature will be available again in the future?

I'm not sure I understand your specific issue, but I have my desktop and mobile app turned on in the Call Handling & Forwarding settings. Therefore, any time I get a call through the mobile app, I know it's a business call. If you add that number as a contact, they should show up in caller ID. If not, I suggest opening a ticket.
