I don't understand why in this day and age the Caller ID doesn't automatically show name and number.  Why do we have to pay extra for this when EVERY other company out there has it automatically included as part of their service.  This isn't the 90's where the feature was optional and paying extra for it was so you can have it, even then it showed name and number when someone called!!!!!!  Extremely dissapointed so far with the service especially that I asked all these questions prior to signing up and now I'm finding that what I was told isn't what you actually get.

I feel they aren't honest with people up front.  Yes a form of caller ID is included but they NEVER said it only shows number and if you want it show name too it's an additional $20 PER phone.  That's just insane and ridiculous.  They aren't professional at all in my opinion on how they are handling things after you've signed on.

And what's worse is they tell me to come here to post the idea so that if enough people vote on it they may consider it.  That's BS in my book.

Voting for this.  As a medical office it's helpful to know who is calling ahead of time.  We can have their chart pulled up on the computer before we even answer.  It is unheard of to pay extra

With you on this 100%.  I own a CPA firm and it's super important to know who's calling as well so we can get their files pull up quickly.  Ridiculous that any company these days would ask to charge $20 PER phone for a feature that is standard everywhere else now.
