Caller ID Spoofing - Call Screening Option

One of our client sites is being inundated with hundreds of spoofing calls and they have been manually blocking them as they come in and it has become ridiculously arduous.  With the Call Screening Option enabled, is there a way with that option to set some sort of pre-screen list where we could add phone numbers that wouldn’t have to give their name before the call would connect?

May I ask, did these calls begin shortly after becoming a RingCentral customer?

Not sure how to respond to that question. This has started over a year ago and we have been a RingCentral Customer for over 3 years

I ask because, after we migrated to RingCentral, the number of robocalls we receive has increased exponentially.

I would change your call screening option to screen anyone not in your contact list. Check out step 6 here
