If a caller reaches my voicemail, is there an option he/she can press that will transfer them out of my voicemail and to another extension without having to hang up and call back?

Hi Amy, Yes this could be done but the voice mail greeting needs to be recorded correctly.

You see with a Hosted system like Ring Central there is a slight delay in some functions so as long as your message gives the caller enough time to select another extension it will work (I just tested)

Example would be .. " Hi You have reached Amy's voicemail, if you you like to try another extension please dial it now. Leave a few seconds of dead air so the system could process the caller typing the extension. Then if not play the resto of your VM greeting and then they could leave a message.

Make sense?

You could contact me directly if you need to.

Thanks
