Calls automatically become To Do / Tasks in Outlook

We've found that for some users, calls have been automatically created as To Do / Tasks in Microsoft Outlook. We can't seem to find a setup for that. Is there any way to stop that? Thanks.

Hey Craig, I'm not aware of any setting that would cause this. Do you have an example you can share? I can always make this post private so you can share account specific information

Kindly see the screenshot of To Do list from Outlook. FYI, we also use RC for Microsoft Dynamics CRM; not sure if this is relevant though... Thanks.

Hmmmm...I would suggest contacting our Support Team so we can take a closer look and gather more information
