I called the person who was complaining of the calls "from my office" He gave me the number that he said kept calling him. That number is nowhere to be found in my RC account in any form or fashion. When I call that number back it does however ring only 1 extension in my office. The direct line for that user is nowhere close to the number that is actually calling the person being bothered.
This is what spoofing is?

My best guess is that's the number that was used to contact that other person. I don't think you were spoofed but rather that the "internal" number I referenced in my last paragraph was used in a war dialer or similar situation to make unsolicited calls.
