Calls routing to extensions not online and toggle user call queue status

Can we please request the feature for Ring Central to be a little bit smarter and not route call queue calls to offline devices. We need round-robin routing and this has caught us out quite a number of times when there's been 3 out of 5 members out of action and they've each forgotten to toggle their queue status.

Also, please allow the ability for admins to toggle users in/out of queue without having to remove them completely or know their passwords, so that the user can easily toggle themselves back on when they come online.

I am aware of the workarounds for this and using them but it is not ideal. This is very basic operational functionality that should exist already.
