Can i disable all ring central touch tone commands on my lines

I need to remove all touch tone features on my lines and be able to use touch tone features of the call out number. Please help me disable this as soon as possible.

I don't think this is possible, but I certainly agree it should be.  At this time there no way to use RingCentral to call an IVR that requires to use a leading "*", for example.  There should be an escape code to override RC from listening for codes.  Or a code to disable for the duration of a call.  Something like dial *#* and then all tones are passed to the other end of the call and ignored by Ringcentral.

Any idea of how to push them to change it other then changing service providers?

If it would even be possible, RingCentral would have to weigh the costs of developing that feature against the number of customers who might possibly want, would need it or would use it. While I certainly agree with you and Brandon, RingCentral is a business and they look at their ROI. Having said that, there are many more pressing and needed features (some would argue that many of them are "Basic" features) that have been voted on in these forums for upwards of four years that have still not been implemented. I know of no particular way to "push them" other than listing your request here in the forums as a feature request and hope for the best.
