Can RC be used as if its a time clock ...Employees must log in on time or it's documented?

Unfortunately, the times stamps for User Login's are not recorded on the web interface. I can change this from a question to an Idea: Feature Request to have this feature added.

you could setup a virtual number or something that they have to call from their desk phone...  you can check the call log to verify they called it before that time?

or... you could get a 3rd party app like https://www.vericlock.com/

if you went the virtual number route, you could even go as far as setting up that "check-in" number in your company directory and if you have a phone that supports presence you could assign it to one of their quick-dials.  

tell them... dial ext 99 to clock in and 98 to clock out or something.
