User Settings Voicemail: "hit # to be connected to voicemail"

All of our users are set up to have missed calls routed to external (non-ring central) numbers to leave a message.  When the caller inadvertently hits #, the call is instead automatically routed to the users Ring Central voice mail.  We would like the option to disable this feature.
