Can I assign two phone numbers to the company operator?

We are in the process of transferring our current company phone number to RingCentral because our current clients are familiar with it. However, we like the idea of having a toll-free number to attract new clients. Is there a way we can assign our transferred number to be a second company number without losing our RingCentral company number?

We would make the operator's number the old company number but we have already done that with another transferred number.

Hi David, we could pretty much route calls anywhere, So you will have a regular company number and a 800 number. Where do you want these calls to go?

The same recording? or user extension?
