I am wondering about a hypothetical Training Situation and if it would be possible with the Ring Central infrastructure.
An new Employee is taking their first call directly from a client. I as a manager would like to dial in and listen to their conversation from my phone silently so I can listen how my new employee is getting on.
Is this possible to do?
