I see that call transfer can be done from the softphone (computer), but I need to transfer calls that come into a cell phone (specifically iPhone).

Can an incoming call be transferred to another extension? can it be transferred to an outside line?

Can an conference call be initiated from the iPhone?

Does anyone if this can be done and if so how to do it?

Hi Brian,

Yes, you can transfer calls to another extension and an outside lineĀ using the smartphone app. You can read how to do this here:

Hope this helps!

I tried using the above instructions to transfer a call from the app but it didn't work. Does that only work with calls that are transferred to my phone? I initiated the call to a customer then tried to transfer but even the first step ## didn't work.

Hi Shawna - were you on a VoIP call? You have to be on VoIP for the ## method to work. Ditto for Call Flip.
